Amazing Efficiency
After having terrible experience with some other prospective insurance companies this week I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity and patience provided by the call centre in answering all my questions , really taking the time to make sure I had coverage that suited my need AND price . Felicity was friendly , efficient and made me feel very special by providing a personal experience I never expected from an insurance company .
