Amazing Customer Service - Samukelisiwe Nyawo (MiWay App & Inspection Issue)

I had a challenge accessing the MiWay App after taking a vehicle insurance with MiWay. I reported the matter through the correct channels but a week passed without getting assistance, yes, I was informed the matter is escalated to the Technical Team but it seems the Technical Team was sleeping on duty.

After I enquired why the process was taking so long, Samukelisiwe Nyawo contacted me with a solution. she asked me to send the photos of my car to her direct email address in order for her to assist me with the the Inspection, she further indicated that she would arrange that I get assistance with the App.

An issue that took more than a week was resolved within 24 hours (My account was reset). Thanks for the good customer service, Samukelisiwe Nyawo
