15 May 2020, 16:59Its not every day that you get good customer service, especially from Insurances. I must say Nobantu Mpeta was out of this world. She made sure i was updated with my claims. She knew what she was talking about. She was patient, i did not feel unsettled in anyway. It was a customers talking to a business lady. I have had others asking questions like its an interrogation. But not with Nobantu Mpeta. Thank you for reviving my confidence in Miway Insurance. You are one of few.
