Amazing Customer Experience

The call was amazing from the onset :) Nthabiseng Maubane was her name - great soul, makes one feel like they're actually speaking to a human! That's a rare asset these days! She's a master of her domain, had full control of the conversation and the chat was nothing of the typical "scripted" customer care interaction. Basically, loved it.
