Amazing claim handling

I recently had a claim due to an accident and I'm very impressed with how well it was handled. I was assisted by Khumo Ramela (claim handler) and Terry (assessor), both of whom were very informative, caring and sensitive to the situation. They made a bad situation a lot easier to deal with.
