Amazing call centre agent

My car broke down today and it was peak traffic so we managed to stop the car near Malls Tiles in Mayville Durban. The call centre agent was amazing she kept me on the phone until she had all my details and said I would be assisted soon. She then still took the time to whatsapp me and continuously keep in touch with me until the tow truck came. I had left with a friend to fetch my baby at creche. She still kept in touch with me even when she couldnt get in touch with him and then she called the tow truck company to find out if they had found him. She then confirmed with me that he was with the driver. She is truly amazing and needs an award for this excellent service. What a great worker.
