Amazing Bridget Matlala Mohlahlo!!!

After being absolutely at my wits end with the lack of feedback, sense of urgency after the registration of my claim, for over a month with nothing being done , and me calling the customer care line to get ‘any’ sort of feedback regarding my claim. I am happy to say Bridget Matlala turned things around , exhibited brilliant customer care, when I was almost accepting that this was not going to be resolved anytime soon. She handled my claim assessment with all the service I had been begging for , for over a month after sending through all the necessities requested. Thank you again Bridget , you were absolutely amazing. keeping shining!! I unfortunately think my claim would still be hanging in the air with no reason if she hadn’t assisted. Still with no feedback and me being pushed from one person to the next with no resolution as what I had experienced for the whole month! All I ever asked for was feedback, which was extremely difficult to acquire with the people who were handling my claim.
