Amazing

<p>I want to appreciate the amazing service I received from a certain Thelma at MiWay. She was so amazing indeed the way she provided a great client service to me. I was frusted with my monthly I was contributing to MiWay and I had already opted out because I thoought I got a better offer from another insurance company. I had made several attempts with MiWay but no one could assist me the way Thelma assisted. One client service official went to the extent that he could not match the other company premiums and he tried everything poddible. I had already understood that MiWay was no longer a best insuarance company I had known for some time. I accidentally met Thelma on 24/03/2017 while making a follow up about my cancellation. She wanted to understand my challenge I explained to her. She requested me to give her an opportunity to see how if she cannot give me a better offer looking at the duration I had been with the company. <em> told her that others have tried but they failed so I was not expecting anything from her. However, I diid agree with reservations. She amazed me when she told me my new revised offer and I could not believe it. I immediately confessed to her that I am withdrawing the other offer and remain a MiWay client. I got a better offer that I never expected indeed. It is not necessarily that the offerwas lower than the new company I had already taken up their policy,. She made me to change my mind ad remain a MiWay client because I also know what MiWay is capable of in terms of giving service to its clients. and I experienced it during my membership with the company. Bravo to this lady, you are absolutely amazing. I should no longer be a MiWay client if it was not because of her. Remember, MiWay is the insurance company that is closer to my heart because of its excellent service. Thanks. Masingi JJ</em> </p>
