Called Miway to change my residential address,initially when i joined the company was advised that my premium was high because i was in a high risk location.

But after giving them my new residential address the premium went up again the consultant said she will get on of the senior advisors to call to review the premium increase.

Anathi Called and as any client my high blood was already up because i couldn't understand the premium increase,she tried her best to explain the reasons.

She kept saying at Miway they value my business and they would want to loose my business,she will try and see if we cant lower the premium.

in the end we Both won.....and Miway still has my business.
