Their customer service is exactly what I expected from MiWay And Tau who came to assist me with the flat tyre arrived waaaay earlier than the service provider of the previous insurance company and Taunton was so professional and polite. With his assistance I was able to get to Lombard's Tyres and get the slow puncure fixed
