Am very disappointed and angry

Miway insurance are trying to knock my car, i had an accident on the 19/04/21. The car was towed to renew it sandton. According to renew it the car was disabled on the 13/05/2021 I received a massage from renew it that says parts are ordered and the estimation time to finish the car is 06/06/2021.after 3 weeks when I call renew it to check how far are they is when they inform me that the car is written off by Samora from miway.date 20/05/21 but 0n the 20/05/21 at 16:22pm I received a massage from miway by cindy that says your vehicle still waiting for parts to arrive. Am not happy, I am paying a car that i am not driving it, and currently am loosing money for renting a car as I have to travel to work. Am not happy
