Am I not a 'paying' client?

I had an accident with my Ford Fiesta on the 22nd August 2016 and my insurance sent my car to Renew-It Randburg. The repairs took about a month to 6 weeks to be completed. When I eventually got my car back it started overheating, I took it back to Renew-It and the accessor Coenraad from MiWay met me there. They (Coenraad and Colin from Renew-It) could not see what the problem was and after taking my car to a private mechanic he seen that there was a crack in the radiator. The car was eventually towed from my home back to Renew-It and this repair took another two weeks. When I got my car back a few days later it started overheating. This was reported to MiWay and Renew-It again and it went back to Renew-It to be checked out. Not once did MiWay ever call to hear what was happening or if the problem has being resolved. I had to call them all the time to report what was happening or to complain. When my car went back to Renew-It after the radiator repair for overheating it was checked out and nothing was found to be the problem, the heating system and aircon was checked and no faults was found by the accessor, Coenrad or Renew-It consultant Colin Schnaier. After driving it for a week or two I started getting stuck on the side of the road every time my car overheated. I reported this to MiWay and to Renew-It several times. Eventually on the 1st of December my car was collected and sent to a Ford branch on the Eastrand. After they assessed it, it was noted that the head gasket of my Ford was blown. The insurance approved the repair on/about the 6th December and it has been there ever since. When chatting to Coenraad and Colin they could not tell me exactly where my car was or who was doing the repair. It could have been at some dingy back door chop shop mechanic where it was getting stripped and all the original parts were being replaced by fong-kong parts. I have called Akeem since the 9th Jan to hear where my car is and how far the repairs are and till today i have not had a single call from him to let me know what is happening. I emailed Rodney Pillay the Renew-IT Randburg-Operations Director on the 18th January and got a reply when I emailed him again on the 23rd January & 25th January it went unnoticed and no one had the decently from Renew-It to let know the progress of my car. Only when I called MiWay on the 25th January and insisted that my problem be escalated did I get a response from Renew-It. Only when I call do I get an update. Even after escalating this to Sashentha Kuni from MiWay not once have they called to hear what is happening or to give me an update.

The Customer Service from MiWay and Renew-It Randburg is disgusting. They treat their clients like they are unimportant and like they are doing you a favour not like you a paying customer!
