Always willing to negotiate.

After being hounded by Outsurance for a quote I eventually went with it thinking I could possibly get R400 cash back. After the screening Outsurance gave me a quote that was better than what I was currently paying. So I decided to give MiWay a call and let them know that Outsurance had given me a better quote, if they were able to give me a deal the same as Outsurance then I would happily stay with MiWay. After being put through to Thuto put me through to Buhle, Buhle managed to not only come down with my premiums and excess but also gave me an even better premium than Outsurance gave me. I'm happy that MiWay is always willing to negotiate and better competitors premiums, I just wish it didnt have to get to "shopping around" for MiWay to offer better.
