Always courteous

I called the miway call center on 01/07/2015 and was assisted by Lefa who assisted me in a professional manner when I had called to make additions onto my existing policy with miway.<br> <br> On 02/07/2015 I had changes/amendments that I had to make and I called again and was assisted by Solomzi who was patient with my enquiry. A few minutes later I had to call and this time I was assisted by Gloria whom was also very helpful and insightful on all the questions that I had regarding my policy.<br> <br> I received my policy schedule within 5-minutes each time I had called.<br> <br> Lefa,Solomzi and Gloria are the embodiement of what customer service should be in this country. <br> <br> Thank you for always going the extra mile.
