Always a fantastic experience with all departments
Always a fantastic experience with all departments. The claims team is slightly less efficient than all your other departments, but other than that I rate the service very highly. My sales rep, the we drive assistance everything else is world class....maybe just to get your claims team on the same foot and it will be a 5 star in my book all the time
