Almost two months and claim not settled as yet. Unnecessary Strain to an Unbearable Situation

On the 4th of Dec 2020 My son who had a learners license made an accident with my vehicle, where he then lost his best friend due to the accident. The circumstances was extremely traumatic. I informed MiWay of what happened. We lost a boy who was like a son and also the trauma of the vehicle that is totally non drivable. Today is the 25th of January, almost two months past and still the claim was not settled. This puts extra strain on an already unbearable situation. MiWay. Kindly assist in this matter Sherylene
