Almost a week later still no refund

I have tried by all means to come in contact with MiWay regarding a policy I have with them and for 2 weeks with me calling the call centre, I have been cut off their lines making it impossible for me to get through and relay my query with them. Eventually after leaving another message on the \call me back"service on their website"
