Almost a month to repair leaking pipes

I am tired of having to call MiWay every single day and get told I’m going to get called back by Thato who is working with this case. Her manager Mpho isn’t much help as well. It’s taken almost a month to get our leaking pipes and repairs done. This is the first time we have claimed from MiWay and the service is terrible. I am not a happy client!!!
