I only needed MiWay for a very short time, but my interaction with MiWay, mostly telephonically, was always very professionally managed until the very last moment when the policy was cancelled. The latter service delivery also earned a perfect score, thanks to Oehlohonolo Mokgapla, who was able to perform her duties from home, due to the lockdown imposed on SA businesses at the time.
