all I need is details on how to cancel my policy with you guys nothing more

Hi. I would like to cancel my policy with you guys and find another insurance company. All I need Is " procedure to cancel". Called in today and for 30 minutes I was listening to music with no answer.

I cannot afford this premium increase, so please let me go please. I can't take calls I'm at work. Just a email with the procedure is all I need nothing more.

Here we go again 3 days of waiting for a call. All I need to know is "( what must I do to cancel my car insurance)" I don't wanna be called. I will not spend another month under Miway you are ripping me off and we gonna have a problem if you debit my account on the 1st December 2017 I want out please please please please please. I just need a text that says what needs to be done. Please assist with that nothing more no calls.
