All I can say is WOW!!! You guys ROCK!

MiWay has truly restored my faith in the fact that there are still companies out there that truly care about their customers, and carry their best interest to heart.

I need to thank Asisipho Ntwanambi and Monique Kritzinger from the bottom of my heart for their exemplary and sterling service throughout my claims process.

Firstly: Promptness and Communication were always five star during the process, and i never waited so long as an hour for feedback after an email was sent or a conversation was had. This is unheard of these days.

Secondly: I claimed for a moveable item that I had inadvertently under-insured, and these two lovely ladies made absolutely sure that my claim was amended so that I could be paid out the full amount of a replacement, rather than just paying me out the maximum insured value and leaving the shortfall up to my pocket.

Thirdly: The friendliness and compassion of Asisipho and Monique towards my situation has ensured that I will remain a MiWay client for Years and Years to come!

You guys truly are amazing, and made my experience the best ever!
