Extremely Frustrated – Unauthorized Policy and Zero Accountability:

On 29 October 2025, I discovered that an insurance policy was created under my name without my consent by B-Sure Insurance Advisors and MiWay Insurance. They used my correct ID number, email address, my home address and even my Nedbank account details to debit money from my account R850 (B-Sure Insurance Advisors) and R1,372.92 X2 (MiWay) for a policy I never agreed to.

The policy document lists a vehicle I do not own and even omits critical details like the VIN and engine number. I immediately contacted both companies via email and phone, demanding answers, call recordings, and cancellation. I was promised callbacks that never happened. Instead, I’ve been transferred from one person to another, with no resolution.

This is unacceptable. It feels like my personal information has been misused, and I am being ignored despite repeated attempts to resolve this.

I expect: 1. Immediate cancellation of the policy 2. Full refund of all debited amounts 3. Disclosure of the agent and call recording 4. Assurance that my personal data will be protected

If this is not resolved urgently, I will escalate to the Insurance Ombudsman, FSCA, and open a ******** case for *****.

Consumers beware – this experience has been stressful and disappointing.
