Agrieved Client

I had a vehicle accident on Saturday night, 02 December 2017. I called Miway and was advised to go to the police station and report the accident with the driver of the vehicle that bumped me, which I did. The following Sunday morning I called Miway again and was told to call on Monday, which I did at about half past eight in the morning. A lady, Monique, assisted me with everything, advised me to take pictures and forward them. I sent the pictures both by e-mail and whatsapp and they confirmed receipt. On Tuesday, after my follow-up in the morning, I received an sms saying my claim was submitted to the manager for authorization. That was the last time they bothered to contact me and whenever I call them the person on the phone promises to send an e-mail to Monique to call me back, while my car has been standing in my yard broken since the accident. I am really dissapointed
