Agesnts transafering calls without assistning

I just suffered a break-in at my place.<br> I logged a claim (claim 726009).<br> I then made a follow-up call to get assistance with the door that is broken due to forceful entry.<br> <br> Agents (Cleoreen Rickepps) spoke to me in a very rude way and I had to ask her to stop. My call was then transferred to another agent who then transferred me again and the transferring kept on going and on.<br> <br> This is the worst service I ever received in my life.
