Agents are LYING

So a few weeks back I requested roadside assistance to get my key removed out of the car. I call MiWay and was advised that the guys would be at my home in 15mons this was a lie as 30 minutes later I was still waiting. I cancelled the call and made a plan to get my keys out of my car by myself.<br> <br> I complained via social media on the 1st of April and this was resolved by an agent notifying me that the call would NOT be deducted from my 3 free callouts I receive from my policy.<br> <br> Last night I had again locked my keys in my car I called MiWay and was notified that there had been no reference of the above on my profile and MiWay was unable to help me I then had to call an external provider and was quoted R500 to get the keys out of my car. So who isnt doing their JOB?
