Agent Wants to close my claim- ***
Miway agent wants to close a claim that is not resolved,she is insisting that we close the claim when we have not resolved the matter.
I received a claim report and the issues i specifically told her about have not been resolved to my suprise she insist that we close the claim and we will reopen when i am ready with the access.Access is not an issue i can pay that
