Afzal yout agent was gud
Afzal yout agent was gud. How erected the claims department seems to be doing their own thing. They approved my claim and got Big 5 to call me to bring the car in, without taking my car for physical assessment. They apparently assessed from the photos. This is very unprofessional. I spoke to Afzal this morning its now after 3pm and no one had contacted me.
