Afternoon I had good service with my way and it's staff, they are friendly and helpful

Afternoon I had good service with my way and it's staff, they are friendly and helpful. The problem i had its with their service providers like roadside and towing. My wife once stucked at N4 Machado October 2023she waited for more than 3 hours to get assistance and there were only women's in the car. Please rectify this as you about ******s on our roads. Thanks
