Today I received excellent service, receiving the call within the time slot I specified, respecting my time and staying in that time slot, both agents, Dimpho and Busisiwe Sithole, were very friendly, helpful and respectful and sorted out all my issues quickly and easily and even arranged for a discount after the amount went up too high with the changes.
