After my involvement in an accident i called them.and they towed me to the nearest town.Gqeberha. all the time always on call with them. I later contacted them to submit documents requested and now they're about to pay me out. I would have given.them.5 stars but my one shoe was.left in the car and hasn't been found till today. Accident happened 14 June andpauout is in thenext tyree days
