After my car got into an accident, I received an email saying the claim was approved on Saturday and missed calls from Miway, I tried calling back but was told it’s after hours and left my number so they can call me back during their working hours. The whole time I thought they are busy repairing my car, then today I decided to text and check, they told me they’ve been waiting for me to give them a go ahead for authorisation. Very inconsiderate and *********** of them to not say anything until I had to enquire myself.
