After my car broke down unexpectedly, I used the app for the first time to ask for roadside assistance and within 30 seconds I was contacted by a MiWay representative and helped out. In less that 10 mins someone was there to assist me and even helped them process so he could tow my car since he was already there. The speed of which these incidents were all handled are amazing. Thank you MiWay you guys are the best. 😁
