After a long negotiation this morning, I am extremely happy customer. The first agent, mandla was good he was honest that reduce my premium and that he will try his best. Got through to Marvin and he was brilliant. I am a long standing customer with a good record of no claims on my insurance for 3 years now and he showed what loyalty meant from Miway. Excellent service I have received this morning. Please ensure that he has a performance development plan in place so he can be promoted off the calls and coach other employees customer service and sales, surely his destined for greatness and would be a great return on investment. 🙂
