Advisor prevented Cancellation in minutes, BRAVO!!

I would really like to commend Henry, a Senior Advisor at MiWay Insurance who attended to my call this afternoon. I made a phone call filled with anger and demanding a Cancellation of Policy with Immediate effect, but Henry managed to calm me down & requested to hear my side of the story and how the entire issue led to the current situation. From then he gave me possible solutions and even went an extra mile to ensure that I'm happy and understand the outcome...furthermore he ensured me that he has done everything possible within his authority from MiWay's side, to prevent a reoccurrence of a similar incident in future.
