Administrative obfuscation

I took out a new policy with a different insurance company and signed the cancellation letter.

MiWay is stalling on cancellation- they keep sending SMS to call their agent and EMAILS requesting a call back.

I sent another email confirming cancellation and the response was they need to do some security checks.

This is just pure obfuscation- why should I jump through their hoops. I have cancelled more than once - I don’t need to verify if over and over again.
