Additional Excess added to our policy without our knowledge nor agreement

Miway added an Additional Excess to our policy without our knowledge nor agreement. This excess was never discussed with us. You only informed us of it now that we need to claim. And when you added you didn't discuss and there was no agreement. This is not acceptable. This excess doesn't even make sense. How can you state that there is an additional excess if the vehicle is involved in an accident and there is no passenger in the car? How can a vehicle have a passenger in it all the time? Riders get in the vehicle and get off at a destination. 1. When the driver leaves home to work or vice versa, there will generally not be anyone in the car? And after drop offs the car needs to move to hot areas where there will be riders. Even when they pick up a client. They cant pick up a rider while there is another rider in the vehicle. This doesn't make sense. Do you even understand this excess? If you don't want us as your clients just tell us and stop adding unnecessary excesses to make it difficult for us to put in a claim. This makes no sense.
