Additional debit on my account not agreed to.
The call was about clarifying some detail on my insurance, which was conducted professionally. I mentioned the transection which was unauthorized on my account, she investigated and resolved the matter to my greatest of satisfaction. She even took the time to give the feedback. Well done, much appreciated.
