Adding a new Vehicle is a nightmare

On 25 February 2015 I added my new vehicle on the insurance the next morning I took possession of the vehicle. When I added the new vehicle I was informed I am not covered for theft and hijacking until a tracker system is installed. <br> <br> After the installation I updated my insurance, on 20 March I get a sms informing me I am not covered until the vehicle goes for inspection. I was not informed when I updated my policy with the tracking devices and know I am not covered at all although a certificate was given from miway stating I am covered for the bank purpose.<br> <br> This tells me the certificate they provide is meaning less and that you don't have any cover from when you receive your vehicle until you have gone through the rigorous process to add the vehicle.<br> <br> On contacting them they tell me it is because something could have happened to the vehicle thinking about it afterwards they are actually insinuating that I am not honest and are busy with some scheme not sure what.<br> <br> I find this unacceptable and will be changing insurance company's a.s.a.p.
