Adding a new item to my Policy
The agent, Gloria listened to and understood my frustration with not being able to get Zero Excess for my new mobile phone added to my Policy and managed to get it done for me. I am happy with that. Also was happy to see I got a cheaper Premium working from home 5 days a week now. Thank You MiWay - OurWay :-)
