added services on insurance policy ; hijacking and theft benefit ,use of motor car benefit

Was unhappy with previous operator in the way he present current policy and benefit connect with out care and help.Complain was lock two weeks ago to cancel policy due to bad service advice.This morning Adelaide phone me in connection with the mail send ,she not attend direct to problem but also make me comfortable to communicate with her. Thanks for her swift response with advice and actions to resolve the problem and new product pricing. Will definitely prefer Midway to any of my friends and family
