ACCOUNTS MISTAKES!!!

I moved over to MiWay. all Policy service was exellent BUT accounts!! My debit order was arranged for the 7th of each month, However the deducted it already on the 31st. Apart from this they also deducted almost double the agreed amount! when query this they acknowledge their mistake BUT IT WAS STILL EXPECTED FROM ME TO REACT, SEND BANK STATEMENTS ETC. AFTER THIS YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM DO PROCESS THE REQUEST WICH MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS!!!!!!
