Account debited after cancellation of policy

I was going to buy a new car, i got a quote and accepted insurance from Miway. After i went to the dealer i decided not to take the car. As soon as i got to my computer, i logged onto my Miway account and cancelled the policy (Never took delivery of the vehicle)<br> Yet Miway still took the premium from my account
