ACCOLADES TO MIWAY

On numerous occasions agents have contacted me to persuade me to move to another company. However, even if MiWay's premiums may be slightly higher, after all my years dealing with insurance claims, I value service above all else. My son's car was ****** along with his ID so he could not get a hire car. MiWay paid for his Uber usage until he managed to get another car. My son was in an accident purely not his fault as a result of which the car had to be written off. Due to Covid, the registration documents which were in the office which closed so lost. MiWay agreed to pay for the replacement which was R1500. The excess of R4500 from the other party which I thought would be a legal battle did not happen. When they had all the documents, the payment for the value of the car, plus the excess plus the licence replacement were all refunded to me with absolutely no argument as well as the reduction in premium. I would recommend MiWay without hesitation. I would never change insurers because I know that they are my friend not my enemy. Thanks MiWay
