Accidental death cover on mywheels policy a ****

My late wife had car insurance with Miway. She is was involved in a botched hijack where she got shot and subsequently passed on. The policy she had had an accidental death cover. Upon submitting a claim it was rejected because they say it was not an accident. To think that we compared the policy to sanlam when we took it up it's shocking. Why sell us lies? You take our premiums for years but when its crunch time to keep your side of the bargain you drop us like hot coals and make us appear as if we are ********** that want to take your money. Please change your company to ourway ( I.e not what is written in the policy schedule). This make you liers to the core. I hope every vehicle policy holder with the accident death cover take their business elsewhere where, where ethics are adhered to.
