Accidental damage not covered

Please read the fine print of your household content cover. My room was flooded during December because the bath was left running. I was told that because it was through human intervention my claim was rejected. I thought I was covered for accidental damage . Clearly not covered . What an absolute disappointment especially when another insurer coveting my building already paid for my carpets to be replaced.
