accident report

My car was involved in an accident in April with another another vehicle who then claimed third party liability against me. firstly the service I received was prompt in towing my car to the nearest safe Miway storage and authorization for my car to be fixed was done in a few days. I had a lot of problems with the third party which thought we would rip them off as the process was taking too long. It led to threats but the legal team at Miway were very helpful in particular Bianca, who constantly advised and gave feedback on the process and what to do from our side. We then had a problem with the panel beater which led to me taking my car before the finished all the work. Miway took it upon themselves to appoint Quintin to my case who was very patient and helpful in making sure that everything was sorted out to my satisfaction. He called daily to make arrangements and to keep me up to date as to what was happening. Even after I had my car back he checked if all was well.
