Accident

On the 29th Jan at 11:06 om my father got involved in an accident and emergency services were called. He was hit by some guy who then ran away. The tracker was able to help get the emergency services. My father later received a call from MiWay Insurance and was asked of the incident time. He gave the time he could remember as he needed help after the accident. He was then told that his vehicle won't be covered due to his time being different from that of the tracker. How does one check the time of an accident if he needed help after the accident??
