Accident Claim Rejection

in the morning of the 28-08-2017 while driving to a funeral, the car ahead of me turned on his hazards of which I immediately assumed he was stopping and then decided to overtake on the right hand side but unfortunately he was not stopping but turning to the right and by the time I realized it was too late, the crash had happened. I submitted my claim to miway, and on the 15-09-2017 the informed me that my claim was rejected due to the policy that says "Use all reasonable care and take all reasonable steps, with the same degree of carefulness which can be expected from the reasonable man on the street, to prevent or minimize loss, damage, injury or liability" which according to their policy does not refer to the nature of my accident. I am disappointed with miway and the evaluation team that evaluated my claim, because my policy states that I am covered for accidental and intentional damage. I do not understand how they came to the conclusion of rejecting my claim, I hope it's not related to the social media message that was circulating that they want to reject claims done by black people.
