Accident claim rejection

I had a car accident and the assessor interviewed me on the scene after the interview he told me that my claim will be successful. my claim was rejected and my car written off and kicked out off the insurance by the company,reason:(due care and precaution).<br> I am a loyal client (paying premiums on time and never miss any payment)<br> I tried to contact the insurance company (Assessor) they avoided me (telling he is sick),tried the second time they made me hold for 30 minutes the I dropped the phone they never came back. no full explanation for the claim. sent a dispute but their server rejected my E-mail. <br> They brought back the damaged car and my car radio ******,tried to contact them no one help me .<br> <br> <br>
