Accident Claim Issue : C***

We have had to submit a claim with miway on an accident and so far the service has been shocking to say the least. The service consultant is never available on this claim number Your claim reference number is: C***. I have tried to follow up to no avail. To make matters worse, I have received a call from a private number from a lady by the name of Emilia stating she is from the claims department and insisted on picking up my car and i said I will not release the car as i have a claim number which does not correspond with the one she had. I have been trying to follow up with the claim consultant as this does not sound right. Is Miway outsourcing your claims department as this is very unprofessional and had i released my car to this person i would of had an issue. Can someone please urgently look into my claim and call me back asap.
